It very well could have been the worst they have ever experienced. I know that I have certainly seen a decline in Princess customer service in the last two years. This is the very reason we are not booking our first night dinner before we go. I know we have 3 free dinners in special dinning rooms but if we book all of them now it will be well over $300 and I really don't want to have to argue about it on the cruise. Is there any way to book these dinners ahead of time without paying for them. There are 4 of us, so that makes a lot of difference for us.

I then made my payment - notice I made my payment after checking. Well as you might guess when we got to the port they denied my brother passage because the documents they said would be sufficient were not according to the port supervisor. Well I ended boarding on my own and brother went back home and so my vacation was kind of ruined.
They were only 45 minutes long some shorter and each act was repeated many times throughout the week. The best of all were a couple of comedians.-The workout room is totally outdated. If all you want is a treadmill ok but the few machines are as old as the ship. I've seen those machines in garage sales for free, just plane junk.- Services were very good, or room Stewart was excellent.
